 Here at 5j Design we take pride in the work we are able to do for our clients as well as the impact that many of them are having on our community. Recently we finished a website design for Table of Grace, a mission start church in the Harrisburg, SD area. It seems like we're a broken record when it comes to talking about responsive design, but the matter of fact is that many websites we come across here at 5j Design are not built with responsive web design. 

So, let's take a step back and talk about the essentials of responsive web design and why it matters to you.

The last few months at 5j Design have been quite exciting. We launched a new website design and have been working on a complete new line of service offerings called inbound marketing.

Thanksgiving is a time for us to reflect on the things we are thankful for in our lives. I could say that now, more than ever, we have a lot to be thankful for in this world. Here at 5j Design, we're thankful for our clients and to the people who have made this year a very successful year. 

With Thanksgiving, comes a time where we gather with our family, friends, and neighbors to celebrate, give thanks, and share traditions we have grown to look forward to every year. 

If you are like most of the population, you may not really know what a graphic designer does. However, if you take a look around you, you will see their influence everywhere! Since it's the week of Thanksgiving we decided to put together a list of why you should be thankful for graphic designers everywhere - because without them, the world would be a not-so-pretty place (and this blog article wouldn't have any graphics). 

We hope you all have had a great "Movember", "No-Shave November", or whatever you may call it. To us at 5j Design, it's always Movember, and we take our beards very seriously. Having a beard for so long, sometimes people will ask you questions about your beard. Mainly they're just curious about this thing we've decided to keep on our faces and why we choose to do so. 

We've compiled a list of frequently asked beard questions and our responses to them. We hope you enjoy :) 

Let's say you are a business owner or maybe a marketing manager for your company. You have few choices when it comes to your marketing:
